By downloading the Aerodeo app, creating an account or using aerodeo.com, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use our service. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Aerodeo Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales. By using Aerodeo, you confirm that you are at least 16 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

Aerodeo is an airport travel management platform that integrates flight tracking, taxi booking, baggage monitoring, food ordering, lounge access, check-in management and hotel transfer coordination into a single application. Aerodeo acts as an intermediary and technology platform. We facilitate bookings with third-party service providers (taxi operators, airlines, airport restaurants, lounge operators and hotels) but we are not ourselves a transport operator, airline, food provider or hotelier.

To use Aerodeo, you must register an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately at security@aerodeo.com if you suspect unauthorised access. We reserve the right to suspend accounts where we reasonably believe security has been compromised. You may not create accounts for others without their consent, create multiple accounts for the same individual, or use automated means to create accounts.

Aerodeo offers free and paid subscription tiers. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. All prices are displayed on the pricing page and exclude VAT where applicable. Free trials: Where a free trial is offered, it begins on registration. You will be charged at the end of the trial unless you cancel before the trial period ends. No partial refunds are issued for unused trial periods. Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You retain access to paid features until that date. Refunds: We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on first-time paid subscriptions. Contact billing@aerodeo.com within 14 days of your first charge. Price changes: We will provide 30 days' notice of any price increases via email before they take effect.

Aerodeo integrates with third-party services including taxi operators, airlines, airport restaurants, lounge operators and hotels ("Third-Party Providers"). When you make a booking through Aerodeo, you enter into a separate agreement with the relevant Third-Party Provider, subject to their own terms and conditions. Aerodeo does not guarantee the availability, quality, safety or legality of third-party services. We are not liable for the acts or omissions of Third-Party Providers, including cancellations, delays, poor service or failure to fulfil a booking. Third-party booking fees, cancellation charges and policies are set by the provider, not Aerodeo. These are clearly displayed before you confirm a booking.

You agree not to: — Use Aerodeo for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations. — Provide false information, including false flight or travel details. — Attempt to access other users' accounts or data. — Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers. — Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile or extract source code from the app. — Use automated tools to access or scrape the service without our written permission. — Use the service if you are barred from doing so under applicable law. Violation of these terms may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.

The Aerodeo name, logo, app design, content and technology are owned by Aerodeo Ltd and protected by intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you a right to use our brand assets. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or create derivative works based on our content or technology without our express written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aerodeo shall not be liable for: — Missed flights, connections or travel disruptions, regardless of cause. — Loss, theft or damage to baggage, even where tracked through Aerodeo. — Actions or failures of Third-Party Providers. — Indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages. — Loss of data, revenue or profits. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of Aerodeo shall not exceed the amount you paid to Aerodeo in the 12 months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Aerodeo Ltd, its directors, employees and agents from any claims, damages, losses or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

You may close your account at any time through the app settings or by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, if we are required to by law, or if we decide to discontinue the service (with 30 days' notice). On termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. We will handle your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the Aerodeo service at any time. For significant changes that affect paid features, we will provide at least 14 days' notice. We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or in-app notification at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of Aerodeo after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. If you have a complaint about Aerodeo, please contact us first at legal@aerodeo.com. We will do our best to resolve issues informally before any formal proceedings.
